Tidbits

• VBreferenceExtractor.txt, Visual Basic subroutines to pull out endnotes or footnotes from a Microsoft Word document, and change them to text at the end of the document. This is a kind of "poor man's reference manager"; just put your referrences in as endnotes, and let Word handle the numbering. Run this script when you are ready to submit the anuscript (most publishers can't handle endnotes).
